Aryaman is the mind behind what Rechitta actually does. An alumnus of IIT
Roorkee with hands-on experience at Microsoft and Google, he brings a rare
combination to Dubai's real estate market: the technical depth to build serious
AI infrastructure, and the product sensibility to make it feel effortless to
the people who use it every day.

What distinguishes Aryaman isn't just his credentials — it's how he builds. He
has spent the last two years embedded in the workflows of Dubai brokers, sitting
with them as they juggle thirty developer relationships, watching the hours drain
away in manual searches and scattered messages. Every feature in Rechitta is a
direct response to something real he witnessed.

He leads product and AI at Rechitta, overseeing everything from the voice

Ash is the commercial architect of Rechitta. He brings the business instincts,
capital strategy, and market relationships that turn a great product into a
company that lasts. As the founding investor — committing his own capital before
a single external dollar was raised — he has had real skin in the game from day
one, and he continues to lead from the front as Rechitta enters its first
institutional raise.

His domain is the intersection of deals, relationships, and growth. Where
Aryaman asks "how do we build this?", Ash asks "who needs this, and why will
they choose us?" Those two questions, asked together every day for two years,
are what shaped Rechitta's position in Dubai's market. He oversees business
development, developer partnerships, and the investor relationships that will
fund the next chapter.

Atiksh Mittal

Atiksh is the engineering foundation on which Rechitta is built. As the
technical co-founder, he has been responsible for translating vision into
working software — from the earliest prototype to a production system live in
Dubai handling real broker interactions, real developer inventory, and real
buyer decisions.

In any early-stage company, there are moments where something that was supposed
to work simply doesn't — and what separates good teams from great ones is who
shows up to fix it. Atiksh is that person at Rechitta. His work is rarely
visible on the surface, because the best engineering never is: the briefings
load instantly, the voice interactions flow without friction, the integrations
hold. That's the result of his sustained, precise work since the company's
earliest days.
